The Education Committee is pleased to announce our next Docket Chit Chat - the NDA's series of roundtables crafted by and for our members, held the last Thursday of each month.  Docket Chit Chats are designed for member input, with different topics to guide our chats so they don't become too chitty.  Join our give and/or take chats - no experience necessary! 

This month our topic will be That One Degree Difference From Simmer to Boiling: Keeping Cool Under Pressure. This will be our first wellness roundtable! Join the discussion as we collaborate on the following: 

• What is your boiling point - how do  you stay calm without boiling?
• How do you prioritize your requests to reduce pressure?
• Does your firm have “wellness” opportunities to help with the stress?
• Do you have methods for releasing stress during the day and/or after your day is over?
• What systems or tools have helped you feel more in control of your workload?
• How does your firm recognize the mental load that comes with managing critical deadlines?
• What early signs tell you that you're approaching burnout, and what do you do when you notice them?
• How does your team handle an “urgent” request that may not truly be urgent, and how do you set boundaries around that?
