Full Payment Due: July 12, 2013

2013 Sponsor Application and Contract

It is understood that this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by NDA, and incorporated into this contract are the following terms and conditions. Contract will not be processed without full payment.

A. Payment Policy: You will be able to pay online using a credit card (preferred method) or by check. Full payment must be received no later than July 12, 2013 or the registered space may be forfeited.

B. Contract Acceptance: NDA reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in acceptance or refusal of applications. If an applicant is not accepted by NDA, all money paid will be returned to the applicant.

C. Cancellations: If space is canceled by an exhibitor on or before August 16, 2013, a refund will be made less a 50% service charge based upon the full cost of the space contracted. There will be no refunds made to companies canceling after August 16, 2013. All cancellations must be in writing by email to chris.gierymski@nationaldocketing.org.
