  • Greetings NDA Members! In light of recent events surrounding the challenges of ECF notices reaching necessary parties, Court Alert will conduct a live Web Demo on their "ECF Assurance" process. Along with the demonstration, they will discuss the risks associated with failing to receive an ECF notification. "ECF Assurance" is a helpful service to alert a user when the federal court changes a docket entry. Often times, a change to the docket does not generate a notice to parties, which can be a problem for all parties on a case. "ECF Assurance" can also be useful in situations when an ECF notice fails to reach its intended recipients through PACER. Please join us on April 10th to see how Court Alert's "ECF Assurance" process can prove useful in your risk management initiatives.
