Federal Rule Changes effective 12/1/16.  Amendments address primarily the elimination of the extra three days for service by electronic means and length of appellate briefs.  Elaine Screechfield, Firmwide Litigation Docket Manager at Morrison & Foerster, LLP, will lead the discussion.
