Litigation Docketing by Michelle Martinez

Our very own Michelle Martinez, Education Committee Chairperson, will provide a presentation entitled Litigation Docketing.  Hear the basics of litigation docketing for the beginner and not so beginner.  The presentation will discuss Choosing your Level of Calendaring, Date Trapping, Calendaring in Context, Calendaring Awareness Across the Firm, and Calendaring Conversions amongst other topics.

Michelle is the Docketing Specialist for Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart in the Greenville, SC location. Prior to joining Ogletree, Michelle went back to school and received her Paralegal Certificate and worked as a Paralegal, Senior Litigation Paralegal and Office Administrator for various plaintiff's firm. At Ogletree, she oversaw the roll-out of the docketing system to the entire firm, training users and developing training materials.
