Anne Ronan is a Senior Attorney with the Legal Services office of the Judicial Council.  Since 2007, she has served as staff counsel to the Civil and Small Claims Advisory Committee, the group of judges and attorneys that makes recommendations to the council concerning rules, forms, standards, and proposed legislation concerning issues of interest to civil trial courts. She is also counsel to the Commission of the Future of California's Court System, established by the Chief Justice.  Her experience before joining the Legal Services office includes a brief stint as a research attorney at the Superior Court of Alameda County and many years as a civil litigator focusing on consumer class actions.
