Melissa Hughes

Melissa Hughes is a Management Analyst at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. She has held this position since June 1996. She is a member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Clerks. She has worked on many projects for the court including being a pilot court for the Electronic Self Representation (eSR) Project and NextGen CM/ECF. She graduated from Seton Hall University in 1994 where she received her degree in Criminal Justice. She earned her Masters of Public Administration from Seton Hall University in 1996 where her concentration was Court Administration.
