Litigation Holds by Browning Marean

As part of our Professional Speakers Series, we are honored to have Browning Marean speak about the hot topic of litigation holds.  This topic is very important for all litigation and intellectual property practices since any firm can get served with a subpoena for business records.

Browning E. Marean is Senior Counsel in DLA Piper's San Diego office, and is one of the worldwide leaders of the firm's E-Discovery task force. He advises firm clients about best practices for the preservation of electronic data and meeting the other challenges of E-Discovery in a cost effective manner. Mr. Marean is co-chair of DLA Pipers' Electronic Discovery Readiness and Response Group and is a member of the firms Litigation Group. He is a frequent and an internationally known teacher and lecturer on various topics including electronic discovery and computer technology. Mr. Marean also sits on the ABA TECHSHOW Board.
