This week was all about EP maintenance accuracy and portfolio import efficiency.

- EP national stage entry maintenance costs are now only displayed when necessary, and we've made it easier to view all your upcoming EP maintenance fees.  

-We've also combined our portfolio import and refresh processes, eliminating extra steps and time when preparing your portfolio.

Happy almost 4th of July!

We've been busy the last couple of weeks working on several security and data privacy-related items, and we have made it easier to modify charges on forecasts when you run them. Check out the details below:

1. Our new trust center is online. Visit https://trust.prokurio.com to review and subscribe to receive updates on our compliance documentation and policies. 

2. Our SOC II Type 2 review is underway and is scheduled for completion in September. It will be nice to wrap that up!

3. We've added the ability to modify service charges when creating a forecast, making it easy to adjust fees based upon your requirements.

This week, we're giving EU organizations greater control over their data and introducing new authentication options. We've also made additional improvements to our pruning wizard, which has nothing to do with privacy and security, but we needed a third topic to discuss. 

Here's what's New!

1. We now have an EU site for our European customers.
2. Single-Sign-On is now available in the EU and will be available in the US next week.
3. We've improved our pruning wizard for companies, making it even easier to spot cost-saving opportunities.

Now that INTA is behind us, we are back to our regular cadence of weekly updates. 

This week, we:

• Updated our Foreign Firm Management module to make it easier to track a foreign firm’s quality and costs. 
• We've also made it super easy to manage all the fee schedules you accumulate each year. 
• Lastly, we’ve improved the usability of our Recordal Forecaster, which was released last week.

This week, we're at INTA in lovely San Diego, and we've added several new trademark features to our platform!

1. You can now forecast recordal costs, including change of name, assignment, and change of address. 

2. We now offer trademark portfolio budgeting, allowing you to create client budgets based on your portfolio data. 

3. We have launched a new foreign associate management feature which makes it simple to keep track of fee schedules.

We've got several new features we are launching for INTA, but we still updated our core platform this week. Here are the updates:

1. You can now duplicate service charges, making fee management much easier.
2. We improved the labels on the service charge screen, making it easier to identify the triggers and resulting calculations
3. We improved the client lists when doing forecasts, so you only see your patent clients when doing patent forecasts and trademark clients in trademark forecasts.

1. We're getting Client Planner ready for INTA. We've begun adding trademark portfolio budgeting tools to our platform, starting with the ability to import trademark portfolios from nearly any IPMS. 

2. Multi-office support improvements for IP Forecaster. We continue building our capabilities to support different cost forecasting requirements across offices. This week, we added the ability for any office in a firm to have its own service charges when creating forecasts. 

3. New Automated Budgeting Feature. Client Planner's new automated budgeting feature allows you to quickly create a patent or trademark budget based on a client portfolio - in one click!
