  • Introducing Group Bundles

    We are pleased to introduce group bundles for easy and cost effective membership management. A membership bundle is a group of members who are linked together by working for the same firm or company and managed by one of their members – the bundle administrator. Bundle members share the same renewal date, status, and membership level.

    Group bundles are perfect for firms or legal departments with many qualifying members. There is a cost savings involved when applying for group membership. The groups are as follows:

    • Up to 10 Full Members - $200 (cost savings of $50)
    • 11 to 20 Full Members - $350 (cost savings of $150)
    • More than 20 Full Members - $500 (unlimited cost savings)
    The bundle administrator is responsible for adding and removing members to the bundle. When it is time to renew the group membership, an invoice is emailed only to the group administrator. It is a great way to manage your staff memberships and budgets.

    Please note that group membership is only offered to qualifying FULL MEMBERS. All members of a group must qualify as Full Members.

    If you are a current member and are interested in creating and managing a group membership, send an email to chris.gierymski@nationaldocketing.org stating the name of the group admin and the names of all current NDA members to be added to the group. The group will be created and its renewal date will be set to the date of the member with the soonest renewal date. If you have any questions, please contact Chris Gierymski.

  • Slogan Contest Winner

    We are please to announce that Robin Davis of Jones Day in Los Angeles is the winner of the NDA Slogan Contest.  Her entry "Calendaring Our Future Together" was chosen to represent our association on all forms of media.  Robin won a $50 Amazon Gift Card.   • Member Photo Albums

    All members now have the ability to create photo albums as part of their profile. This feature enables members to upload photos relating to their work, staff, personal life, social events, etc.

    Hopefully this will create a more social environment for our association. Sustaining members and sponsors can use this neat feature to display images of their products or photos of their associates.

  • NDA Member Joins Panel at ILTA Conference

    One of our members, Jim Flynn, will be a panelist speaker at the ILTA Conference in Washington DC the week of August 26.  Jim is the Director of Records and Docket at Winston & Strawn in Chicago.  The topic he will discuss is Streamlining the Case Management Lifecycle.  If you are attending this conference, please make sure you attend this session.  Learn more.

  • NDA Slogan Contest

    We are holding a contest to create a catchy slogan for the NDA.  Enter to win a $50 Amazon gift card by submitting your suggested slogan(s) by August 24.  Contest is open to all full and associate members only.  Board of Directors are ineligible to participate or win.  Send your suggestions to chris.gierymski@nationaldocketing.org. Winner will be announced the week of August 27.

  • NDA Reaches Milestone

    We are proud to announce that the NDA has reached a milestone in our membership. In 5 short months we registered 200 full members that perform docketing duties in some capacity or are responsible for the docketing function. That is a great accomplishment and we will not stop here. Congratulations!
