Browning is Senior Counsel in DLA Piper's San Diego office, and is one of the worldwide leaders of the firm's E-Discovery task force. |
He advises firm clients about best practices for the preservation of electronic data and meeting the other challenges of E-Discovery in a cost effective manner.
He is a frequent and an internationally known teacher and lecturer on various topics including electronic discovery and computer technology. Mr. Marean also sits on the ABA TECHSHOW Board.

Quarterly Magazine

We are excited to announce that our new quarterly e-magazine, The NDA Journal, will be released very soon. The first digital issue, which will contain articles and other information authored by our members and industry professionals, is expected to be published in late March or early April. We are looking for volunteers willing to occasionally or frequently contribute as an author, cartoonist, subject matter expert, informant, product or service evaluator, etc. Please contact Chris Gierymski if interested.

Post the Most Contest
|

In order to jump start our message boards and share member knowledge and expertise, we are holding a contest to see which member can post and comment on posts the most. One winner will be selected for commenting and posting the most entries. The contest will end on March 30, 2012. The winner will get a $50 Amazon e-gift card. Contest is open to all full and associate members and NDA Board Members' posts and comments will not count toward the contest.
In addition, we started a fun story time message board just to see how far we can get building a story about docketing support. The board is called Build a Story and the instructions and starting post is waiting for your contribution.
