Brian Owens, the Litigation Docket Coordinator at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta, recently released Calculating Court Deadlines: How to Apply Rules for Computation of Time. Annual NDA Conference

The Board of Directors is considering hosting its first annual live member conference in 2013 to be held in a hotel or other facility that will be conducive for networking, learning, and having fun. No concrete dates or plans are set. A survey will be distributed soon to determine if enough members would be interested and can budget for the costs of travel and attendance.
